Michael Huang came to healthcare the long way around. He earned his medical degree from Guangzhou Medical University, then known as Guangzhou Medical College, and was in residency at Shenzhen Yantian District People’s Hospital when he moved to the United States. He did not resume clinical practice here, and he does not see patients, prescribe, or make clinical decisions at Dynamic Health. That work belongs to the licensed clinicians on this team.
What he did instead was spend eight years in finance, then build a consulting practice around the critical business systems of the most heavily regulated industries there are: financial services, healthcare, and defense. In that work, a system that fails quietly is never only an inconvenience. It is an audit finding, a regulator, or a person who did not get what they needed. The discipline it demands is unglamorous. Know where the data lives and who can reach it. Write down who approved what, and when. Build the thing so it still holds on the day nobody is watching it.
