What the intake actually involves
The whole path, start to finish, so you know what you are agreeing to before you fill anything in.
This describes our full functional medicine path. If you came here about GLP-1 weight management, DynaFit is a separate program that works asynchronously and does not involve most of the steps below.
One visit in person
A testing center draws your specimen. Everything else happens remotely.
Results take 7 to 14 days
Your care plan is built on them, so this sets the pace.
You decide twice
After your onboarding call, and again after your provider consult.

Start your intake
The intake form asks for your basic details and takes you straight to booking an onboarding call. It is short on purpose. Nothing clinical is decided here.

A questionnaire arrives by email
Shortly after you book, we email you a fuller questionnaire covering your lifestyle and medical history. Your care team reads it before your call.

Your onboarding call
With a Wellness Counselor, an experienced professional
You talk through your history, your goals, and how the practice works. If you decide to go ahead, we bill you for your lab work and your provider consult. You can use your insurance for both the lab work and the consult. What it covers depends on your policy.

Your lab visit
Once that bill is paid, we schedule your labs. This is the one part of the process that happens in person: you visit a testing center to have your specimen drawn.

Your results come back
Full results take 7 to 14 days. When they arrive, your Wellness Counselor reviews them with your provider, and we email you to schedule your consult.

With your provider
Your provider goes through every lab result with you in detail and builds a care plan, including any medications. Whether you continue is entirely your decision.

Ongoing care
With your Wellness Counselor
If you continue, we bill for your medication and it ships to your door within days. Your Wellness Counselor manages your care from there, with follow-up labs and consults each quarter so your provider can adjust your plan as your body responds.
