DynaPak builds a daily supplement pack around your answers to an intake survey: up to eight formulas, sorted into single-serving packs and shipped each month. On Silver membership and above, the panels included with your plan are used to revise the pack at each lab review.

This is a product price. It covers the formulas in your pack, the packaging, and monthly shipping. It does not include lab panels, provider visits, or any prescription medication, which are priced separately.

Answer a questionnaire covering your goals, diet, sleep, stress, activity, and what you already take.
Formula selection
A scoring engine matches your answers against our formula catalog and assembles a set of up to eight.
Daily packs
Your formulas are sorted into single-serving packs, one for each day, and shipped to you monthly.
Revision
On Silver membership and above, your clinician reviews your panels at each lab review and revises the pack from there. Without a membership, you can retake the survey whenever something changes.
Safety and expectations
DynaPak has two depths, and which one you get depends on whether you carry a membership.
On its own, DynaPak is survey-driven. You answer a questionnaire, a scoring engine assembles a set of up to eight formulas from our catalog, and those arrive as single-serving daily packs each month. You can retake the survey whenever your goals or routine change, and the next pack reflects the new answers.
With Silver membership or above, the lab panels included in your plan become the input instead. Your clinician reads your panels at each review and revises the pack against what the results actually show, rather than against what you reported on a form. The survey still sets your starting point; the panels are what move it afterward.
The formulas themselves are dietary supplements, not prescription medications. They are not a treatment for any condition, and they do not replace anything your provider has prescribed. Tell your care team what you are taking. Supplements interact with prescription medications more often than most people expect, and your clinician cannot account for what they do not know about.
