Hormone and metabolic care

Functional Medicine

Our full functional line. You complete a comprehensive lab panel, then meet a provider in a live telehealth visit where they build a treatment plan from your results. Becoming a Functional Medicine patient is what opens our full catalog of therapies to you.

Functional Medicine on its own

$299+ lab

one time at intake

The $299 covers the 45-minute telehealth consult in which a provider reviews your results and builds your plan. Lab work is billed separately, at our cash rate or through your insurance. Any medication your provider prescribes is billed separately from this fee and shipped to you by us.

Prescription required. Some therapies in this program are controlled substances, which is why a full lab panel and a live visit with a provider are required before anything can be prescribed. Eligibility is a clinical determination your provider makes.

How it works

  1. Intake

Complete a health history and goals questionnaire online.

  2. Lab panel

One draw, covering thyroid, sex and growth hormones, cardiometabolic markers, and blood, iron and nutrient status. Billed at our cash rate or through your insurance, with results back in your portal.

  3. Provider consult

Meet your provider in a 45-minute telehealth visit. They review your results with you and build your plan.

  4. Ongoing care

Your plan runs on refills and scheduled follow-ups. Monitoring panels track how you are responding, and your provider adjusts from there.

Safety and expectations

Functional Medicine is the line the rest of the practice is built around. DynaFit GLP-1 and DynaPak Supplements are narrow by design: one prescribes within a single class, the other ships formulas from a fixed catalog. This one is not narrow, and that is exactly why it starts with a lab panel and a live visit rather than a questionnaire.

The order matters. Your provider does not build a plan and then confirm it with labs; they read your results first, then decide what is appropriate. That is a slower start than an asynchronous intake, and it is the reason this program can prescribe from a catalog the others cannot.

The panel is the part most people underestimate. It is twenty-eight tests from a single draw, spanning thyroid, sex and growth hormones, cardiometabolic markers, and blood, iron and nutrient status. Breadth is the point, not thoroughness for its own sake: a panel that takes one measurement per system can tell you whether a number sits inside a reference range, while a panel this wide lets your provider see how those systems are behaving together. That interaction is usually where the explanation for how you feel is found.

Becoming a Functional Medicine patient is a one-time step, not a subscription. The workup is billed once. What follows (refills, monitoring panels, follow-up visits) is priced separately, and a membership plan can carry most of it at a member rate or include it outright.

Eligibility is a clinical determination, not a purchase decision. Your provider may recommend a different approach than the one you came in expecting, or none at all.
