What the Full Functional workup unlocks
DynaFit GLP-1, DynaPak Supplements and Acute Care all start without a workup: no consult fee, no lab. Prescribing beyond what those three cover needs a full lab panel and a live visit with a provider who builds your plan from the results. That visit and that panel are the Full Functional workup, and it is what opens the rest of our catalog to you.
Platinum and Platinum Duo include it. Every other plan books it at a member rate, and Bronze can book it without joining anything.

Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime, from your member portal. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees: move up, move down, or pause as your needs change.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Membership and visits are HSA/FSA eligible, and we provide the documentation you need.
Do you take insurance?
Membership and visits are not billed through insurance; we provide detailed superbills you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Lab work is different: your panels can be billed to your insurance, or you can pay our cash rate.
Does membership include my medication?
No. Membership covers your care: visits, panels, monitoring and support. Medications and supplements are billed separately at list price, whichever plan you are on.
Can I cover my partner?
Platinum Duo covers two adults in one household plan, each with their own panels, workup and care plan. Both adults need to be active patients.
What if I'm not sure which plan is right?
