Dynamic Health Institute is a growing telehealth practice focused on hormone optimization, metabolic health, and preventive care. Our care model is labs-driven and longitudinal: patients complete a structured clinical intake, receive comprehensive lab work, and work with a dedicated care team through treatment and follow-up.
Clinical care runs on a modern EMR (Elation) with e-prescribing, integrated pharmacy fulfillment, and a support team that handles scheduling, intake coordination, and patient communication, so your time goes to medicine, not logistics.
We are adding an experienced NP to carry more patients across the states we already serve.
The role
- Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth visits: hormone therapy (including testosterone replacement for men and women), GLP-1 weight management, peptide therapy, and related preventive care
- Review labs and develop individualized treatment plans
- E-prescribe (including EPCS) through our EMR, with documentation supporting medical necessity for all controlled prescriptions
- Meet state-specific obligations for the states you cover: PDMP queries, chart requirements, formulary listings
- Where state law requires physician collaboration or supervision, we provide the collaborating physician and handle the agreements; you participate in the required chart review and QA cadence
Required qualifications
- Active, unencumbered NP licenses in 10 or more US states (please include your full state list when applying)
- National board certification (AANP or ANCC); FNP or AGPCNP preferred
- Primary residence in a Nurse Licensure Compact state with a multistate RN license
- 3+ years (5 preferred) of prescriptive practice with documentable clinical hours; several states grant independent authority based on verified hours, and we will ask you to document them
- Active DEA registration(s) and hands-on EPCS experience
- No history of license discipline in any state, no DEA or controlled-substance actions, and no exclusions
- Comfortable prescribing and managing testosterone (Schedule III) and other hormone therapies
- Pharmacology CE completed within the past 24 months
Strongly preferred
- Licenses in any of: WA, IL, OK, ND, UT, IN, MA
- State controlled-substance registrations already in hand (IL, IN, UT, MA, or others)
- Prior telehealth or direct-to-consumer experience in hormone health, weight management, or men's and women's health
- Elation EMR experience
- Willingness to add licenses in states we designate. We pay all licensing, CSR, DEA, and PDMP costs, plus compensated time for applications
Compensation and logistics
- 1099 contractor, fully remote, flexible scheduling in agreed blocks
- Competitive per-visit and hourly rates, discussed on the first call
- You maintain your own malpractice coverage
- All new licensing and registration costs covered by DHI
