  • 1:1 Zoom meeting with a DHI wellness counselor
  • Face-to-face visit with a licensed DHI provider

This streamlined pathway is available to former Transcend patients only.

We can use your existing lab work

If you’ve already completed bloodwork, we’ll review it and determine the safest next step. If appropriate, we can:

  • Continue your current regimen
  • Adjust your treatment plan based on your goals and medical history
  • Create a new plan if you were not yet prescribed
