I’m Rachel, a certified holistic nutritionist (CNP) with a BSc in Psychology, and I specialize in sustainable weight loss and lifestyle changes. My passion for this field stems from my own personal journey.
Years ago, I gained 35 pounds, lost it, then gained it back—something many people can relate to. At the same time, I started to experience debilitating migraines that made it even harder to feel good in my body. This struggle pushed me to explore and eventually adopt a holistic approach to health, which included nutrition, mindset shifts, and lifestyle changes. Through this transformation, I not only lost the weight for good, but my migraines also disappeared.
This experience ignited my passion to help others who are navigating similar challenges—feeling stuck and frustrated, not knowing how to reach their health goals.Now, as a nutritionist, I combine behavior change techniques with nutrition to guide my clients toward lasting results, helping them achieve their best health in a way that feels sustainable. When I'm not coaching, you can find me enjoying chewy cookies, traveling, or relaxing by the water.
