Dr. Michael Regan is a physician executive and Chief Medical Officer of the Network of Virtual Physicians (NVP), where he leads national efforts in telehealth strategy, clinical quality, and physician enablement. Licensed in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., he brings more than 15 years of clinical experience and a decade of healthcare leadership to building scalable, patient-centered virtual care models. At NVP, he oversees clinical operations across virtual urgent care, obesity medicine, and preventive health, with a focus on ensuring that digital care maintains the same standard of excellence, safety, and compassion as traditional medicine. His work has helped shape new frameworks for multi-state clinical operations, compliance, and physician support.

Dr. Regan’s career began in emergency medicine, where he led hospital teams through high-acuity care and critical events, including serving as Chief of Emergency Medicine during the COVID-19 pandemic. A personal health challenge later reshaped his perspective and led him to focus on metabolic health and virtual care. Now board certified in Obesity Medicine, he is committed to expanding access to effective, stigma-free treatment while supporting physicians in building sustainable careers in digital health. In addition to his role at NVP, he mentors clinicians through the All in Remote Physician Academy and advises health technology companies on aligning clinical integrity with scalable growth.
