Steps To Get Started
Step 1
Step 1 is just the beginning of the most amazing journey you will ever embark on. Start by booking your 30-minute consultation with one of our highly trained wellness counselors and answer a brief questionnaire about your health history and goals.
Step 2
Step 2 is jumping in and completing your lab testing and conducting a virtual visit with your doctor, where together, you will explore your dynamic metabolic review. From there, you will receive your customized metabolic optimization plan and start your journey with your new wellness counselor.
Step 3
After completing steps 1 and 2, you will then receive your meds in the mail and begin your wellness journey by following the recommendations by your doctor in your dynamic metabolic optimization plan. From here, you will have 24 hour access to your wellness counselor, in which you can discuss biofeedback and track your progress.
Step 4
The last and final step is to first off, look and feel phenomenal. This is the most important part of this whole journey. Second, is to stay in close contact with your wellness counselor to keep on leveling up long term, and also meet each quarter with your doctor to review your latest lab results and continue upgrading your body from the inside out!
